Who qualifies — in the court's words
“all purchasers of an iPhone 16, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro, or iPhone 15 Pro Max (collectively, “Eligible Devices”) who reside in the United States and purchased an Eligible Device in the United States for purposes other than resale between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025.”
Class period: Jun 10, 2024 to Mar 29, 2025
What the settlement provides
$25 per Eligible Device, adjustable pro rata up to a maximum of $95 per device. A claim may be filed for each Eligible Device.

Proof
- §Attestation that you purchased an Eligible Device in the US in the class period and expected Siri Apple Intelligence features you did not receive
- §Information sufficient to confirm purchase/ownership (e.g., device serial number)
Who is excluded
- ✕Apple, entities it controls, its directors, officers, employees, legal representatives, successors, assigns
- ✕Judicial officers assigned to the case, their staff and immediate families
- ✕Purchases for resale
- ✕Must be original purchaser
